What types of vans does Hideout offer?
- Hideout provides fully-equipped campervans, designed for a seamless travel experience. Our vans are perfect for both off-grid adventures and campground stays, offering modern amenities and smart storage solutions.

Do I need a special license to rent a van?
- No, a standard driver’s license is sufficient. Renters must be at least 21 years old (or 25 for certain models).

Can I pick up the van in one location and drop it off in another?
- At the moment, all rentals must be picked up and returned to the same location. However, we’re working on expanding one-way rental options!

How much does it cost to rent a Hideout campervan?
- Starter Pack: $240 per night (includes all essentials).
- Go Far, Go Free Pack: $300 per night (includes luxury add-ons like plush bedding, high-end toiletries, and custom itineraries).
- Monthly Discounts: Available for extended bookings.

Are there any hidden fees?
- No! Hideout offers all-inclusive pricing—what you see is what you pay. Optional add-ons are available, but there are no surprise fees.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
- Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount depends on the length of your rental.

What is your cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation up to X days before pickup. After that, a cancellation fee applies.

What’s included in every Hideout campervan?
- Essentials: Bedding, cooking supplies, utensils, cleaning products.
- Outdoor Gear: Picnic table and chairs.
- Climate Control: Built-in air conditioning and heating for all seasons.
- Kitchen Setup: Gas stove (propane refill optional), microwave, and fully functional kitchen.
- Hot Outdoor Shower: Perfect for rinsing off after a long day of adventure.
- Device Charging: USB and USB-C ports to keep electronics powered.
- Smart Storage: Plenty of organized space for gear and essentials.

Do you offer unlimited mileage?
- Yes! Drive as far as you want—no mileage limits or extra charges.

How does fuel and propane work?
- You can either refill propane and fuel yourself before returning the van or pay a fixed fee to return them as-is.

Can I take the van out of state?
- Yes, you’re free to travel anywhere in the U.S. Just let us know your route so we can offer personalized itinerary tips!

Can I drive into Canada or Mexico?
- Canada: Allowed with prior approval.
- Mexico: Not permitted unless you purchase special insurance.

Are pets allowed?
- Yes! Hideout is pet-friendly with a possible fixed cleaning rate—no extra pet fees!

Can I smoke inside the van?
- No, all vans are 100% smoke-free. A cleaning fee applies for violations.

What’s included in the "Go Far, Go Free" premium pack?
- Everything from the Starter Pack, plus:
  - Luxury bedding (premium linens, duvet, pillows—feather or hypoallergenic options).
  - Bluetooth speaker for on-the-road tunes.
  - High-end toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, etc.).
  - Hairdryer & magnifying mirror.
  - Plush towels, bathrobes & slippers.
  - Welcome amenities (bottled water, chocolates, fruit, etc.).
  - Custom itinerary planning for a unique adventure.

Do you offer a toilet option?
- Yes! A compostable toilet is available as an optional add-on for extra convenience.

Do I need to return the van with a full tank of gas?
- Yes, or you can opt for a fixed fee and return it as-is.

What if I return the van late?
- Late returns may incur additional fees. Contact us ASAP if you need an extension.

Do I need to clean the van before returning it?
- Return it in the same condition you received it. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive dirt or damage.

Do you provide suggested travel routes?
- Yes! Hideout offers typical itineraries, including trail routes, off-trail adventures, and campground suggestions.
- With the Go Far, Go Free Pack, you’ll get personalized route planning tailored to your trip style.

Where can I park the van overnight?
- You can stay at designated campgrounds, national parks, and public lands. We provide a guide with parking recommendations.

How do I book my Hideout campervan?
